Welcome to the Gamma Iota Chapter of Kappa Delta Sorority’s web site! We’re excited about all of the things that are coming up for the Fall 2005 semester, our new look on this site being one of them!

Kappa Delta is so proud to soon be celebrating 50 years of fun, sisterhood, and friendship at San Jose State University, this upcoming February! We’re working hard to be new, innovative and creative in our activities, philanthropic work and social endeavors so that we may remain at the top level of all Panhellenic sororities at SJSU.

I am proud to say that the ladies of this chapter continually “Strive for that which is Honorable, Beautiful and Highest” in all that they do, represent and learn while taking part in this wonderful sisterhood. We thoroughly believe in the sisterhood that bonds our members together, making this more than a sorority, it is a part of our families.

We hope that by visiting this site you will see more of what Kappa Delta is really about. This is just a small part of what we strive for on a daily basis. We are constantly looking to broaden our circle of friendship, by inviting new sisters and their families into what we consider so special and near to our hearts.

Without these wonderful women, many of us would not have the experience that we’re taking part in on a daily basis. We love Kappa Delta and all that it stands for and we thank the four women that started the dream over 100 years ago.

I hope that our friendship and sisterhood can extend to those of you looking for the experience of a lifetime and that we get the opportunity to extend to you our sisterhood and support during your college years!

I, as well as thousands of others, am proud to call ourselves Kappa Deltas and after seeing the amazing things our members do, you will see why!
